I suggest always using a personal message title, as well, to reduce the risk of your email being kicked out by some over-zealous filtering function.

I mean something more than a title like "hello". Something short but like "dept meeting Apr 1st 2 pm" would work.
This page uses an enhancement to an email security technique which I found here. (And never post an unmodified email address on a web site - it will live on in infamy at archive sites and be harvested from here until eternity.)
