Send a cheque or money order (U.S. or CDN currency), made out to Harvey Island Enterprises, or your VISA information (name, number, expiry date).
Parcel delivery times to the U.S. are often well over three weeks.
(And we're mainly a wholesaler these days - shipping itself can take a few days to a week. For faster delivery we suggest using a retailer.)

We also check our email regularly. We cannot recommend emailing VISA information, for reasons of your own security. General questions about the ordering process or about the book are also always welcome.
